Refund and cancel

Hello there,

I’ve tried the free trial recently. I had to pay my year’s subscription and I didnt want to. I’ve tried to reach the support twice for a week now, and no reply. I kind of hope to have an answer in here, because I saw someone with the same problem which got resolved. I’m a student and it’s my living cost so please give me back my money ASAP.

I have sent many mails to the company, but there is no respond. I am a student so these money is my living cost. Please refund me as soon as possible, please!!
