.Your “refund portal” is not easy to navigate (some may say deliberately) and loops between applicant’s details and a bot that returns you back to applicant’s details

Please comply with E.U. and U.K. legislation and refund accordingly .

Perhaps you could update your website with a more direct hyperlink to a, single, refund request page
