.Please refund my £44.95 which you took on 1st Feb 2026. I now longer require your product and have not used it, on or since the 1st Feb 2026.

.Your “refund portal” is not easy to navigate (some may say deliberately) and loops between applicant’s details and a bot that returns you back to applicant’s details

Please comply with E.U. and U.K. legislation and refund accordingly .

Perhaps you could update your website with a more direct hyperlink to a, single, refund request page
