Hi, after accidentally overwrite my external storage unit (Toshiba Canvio 4 Tb) the limit has been set to only 32 Gb. I shredded everything using CCLEANER but this limit is still there. Also, formatting the device keeps the 32 Gb limit. Cannot uninstall, disable or UPDATE this device drive because PROPERTY mask does not allow me to do it. Any help how to restore the 4 Tb availability? Or upload the DRIVE? I do not mind erasing everything. I am using WINDOWS 11 ON PC. Thank you

Set how? By who or by what?
What you describe about reformatting still only giving you 32 Gb sounds as if the drive has been partitioned- so that there is a 32 Gb partition with a drive letter allocated to it, but the majority has been left unallocated?
If that is what has been done then you need to repartition the drive so that you have the full capacity available again.
You could either make one or more new partitions each with their own drive letter, so that it then contains a number of seperate drives, or you could expand the current partition/drive to fill the space available.
Doing either can be done using Windows commands, but isn’t simple.
It will be much easier if you get a partitioning tool to do jobs like this.
