It's called Macrium Reflect Image Mounting Service, and if it isn't showing up in the Services viewer perhaps try a reinstall of Macrium, then restart your computer.
Still if it doesn't show up you can start, and stop it using this via Start->Run, Batch Files, or shortcuts:
Stops the service:
net stop "Macrium Reflect Image Mounting Service"
Starts the service
net start "Macrium Reflect Image Mounting Service"
I've had that service disabled since I got Macrium, and I've made quite a few Image backups with it disabled, and I've Restored Images 4 times now with it disabled.
You can also mount and unmount the Image as a drive with it disabled.
The point of it escapes me, as in my use of Macrium Reflect Free, it's always been surplus to requirements.

If it wasn't showing in the Services list I'd be very surprised if you could start or stop it; it's absence would suggest it's not registered.
I didn't know though, that the net service commands respond to service display names . I've always used the service name before; e.g net stop ReflectService.

Hmmm that's interesting ... have to look into that one
