ccleaner cann't delet this file!!
only when i uncheck the recycle bin ccleaner can complet cleaning.

That file apparently is a FileMaker Pro Database Memo, or a FoxPro Table Memo. Do you have either of those programs, and if so are either of them running while you are trying to delete the file?
It won't go if it's possibly still in use by one of those apps.
An alternative is to go into Safe Mode, and run CCleaner from within it. That should shift it. Of course assuming you are sure it's something you want rid of. These are programs I know nothing about.
