Recuva - which version can be used for business

I see there is the free version and the business version. From what I can tell, the business version is the same as free but comes with support and some other enterprise friendly benefits.

But for a business where you don't need support and only need it for a few machines, can you use the free version, or since you are a business you MUST buy the business version? I couldn't find a page that clearly spelled out the answer for me.
