Program opens very slow. I tried it on two different systems. Previous version was fine.

It opens slow and so did the last version for me.
It wants to connect to the internet even if check for updates in disabled.
It wants to connect here OCSP.TKO2.VERISIGN.COM 199.7.57.72
After it connects it wont do it again but if you run Ccleaner it will want this IP again.
I hoped it would be fixed this build, but I guess not.
I have Recuva blocked in my firewall and it then takes a long time to load, resulting in a Event 1014
Name resolution for the name ocsp.verisign.com timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.
Why ocsp.verisign.com needs to know when I run the program everytime is beyond me.

You may find the same problem due to something different on your computer.
OCSP.TKO2.VERISIGN.COM 199.7.57.72 suggests that your computer security is questioning the validity of a Recuva / Verisign.com certificate.
Microsoft Updates have very recently altered the required SHA1 key lengths and perhaps other things.
