I just downloaded the free version in the hopes of recovering lost photos....several years . The deep scan took almost 3 hours and completed, but the Recuva software wouldn't load. That is, scan progress was 100% and complete but nothing happened after that. My only option was "cancel".
I use Windows 10. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
I have also experienced the same problem with Recuva. I also have Windows 10 and the scan stops at 100% and then... NOTHING!
You have to wonder about a company that doesn't acknowledge problems with their program that have been identified for over a month.

you may not realise it but the forum is 'staffed' by volunteers.
we are simply members, like yourself, that log on to ask for help, and there are even a smaller subset of members who offer advice.
the main reason for no advice with your issue is perhaps either no-one knows or the member who does hasn't logged in.
but to get things moving, I will forward this to an Admin.
