Recuva says it found files but then it says 0 files has been found

Hi, as the title says, I started a recovery process with recuva. After a while when it ended, at the bottom, a message was displayed saying that 0 files were found even though the scan window said that more than 4m files were found. What can I do to resolve this problem? Thanks a lot!

I am having the same problem trying to recover deleted files on sd card.

Recuva shows 354 files found during the scan but 0 files found at the end.

Looking forward to some clues.
