Hi, Help please if you can. I have purchased Recuva Pro to recover some photo's. The product suggested making a mirror copy of the partition of my hard drive I was going to scan. I selected this option and set it to copy to an external hard drive.

When I rebooted my PC to start this process it just shows the HD being accessed and my external HD being accessed and nothing else, i.e. doesn't boot into Windows.

Is this normal?

How long does the mirror copy take - I know it will depend on drive size?

Is there any way to stop this process as my hard drive / PC stops running after about 10 minutes until I press the "Enter" key on my keyboard.
