Recuva poor support

After a system reset with undo I have uninsulated Recuva on my laptop and I have asked for the recovery key. The key was sent together with a link to reinstall Recuva. The link is incorrect, it gives the following error: Bad Request - Invalid URL 

HTTP Error 400. The request URL is invalid.

I have replied twice on this issue and I only get automatic messages. This is one of the poorest software support I have experienced. Maybe this message will determine someone to act.

You can download the Recuva installer from here: https://www.ccleaner.com/recuva/builds

I have just this minute downloaded and installed it myself, so if you are still getting a 400 error then it's at your end or your ISP provider.
