Okay, kind of strange. Downloading Recuva from Piriform, file would not install the program. Downloading it Filehippo, it installed no problem. Is there a problem with the file hosted on your website, perhaps?

just clicked the piriform.com download link on the downloads page and then installed OK.
I, too, had no issue downloading the latest from piriform on Firefox for Android
