Recuva Help? - Reading Files

Recently, I so smoothly "permanently deleted" files upon files from my laptop. Mostly photos, videos, and word documents, that have not been backed up.

I've "deep scanned" my computer through Recuva, and I'm pretty lost on how to read all of these .tmp or .log files. There are no previews available, and no additional information on what type of file it is. Please, if anyone knows how to read these, I'd be extremely grateful. I've lost so many valuable things, and I'm not admitting defeat yet.

Let me know if there's anything I need to know when dealing with this, or if you know of any ways to restore deleted files. Thank you.

Tmp and log files are useless to what you deleted. Recuva, especially deep scan will show you everything deleted from the PC ever (pretty much) tmp means temporary; log are journals of errors and/or activity of various programs and/or windows.
