Sirs,
I have been running Recuva for awhile. It never seems to run and never finds any files. I have read the forums and tried some of the ideas. I have run scandisk several times with no help. I have four logs to send to you. I keep downloading new versions to see if they will work. So far nothing. Hope this helps someone.

Can you describe exactly what happens.
e.g.
1 - Select sys drive, press scan
2 - Scan takes 10 seconds.
3 - Finds zero files
Also a screen shot of the app after the scan would be very useful

1.)Open program. I have two drives. Local Disk C is already chosen.
2.)Press scan button.
3.)Searching for deleated files box opens. Current progress is always 0. Sometimes this box is open for just a few seconds and other times it is open for 6-12 seconds.
4.) There is a message on the bottom. I included in my first post. The scans never find any files.
5.)I have attached a copy of the operating screen after it has run.
