How can I delete the 11,000+ files on my recuva list? Nothing there i need or want besides my disc space.
Things recuva detects are not taking up any disk space at all; if you leave them they will be overwritten eventually. If you would like to delete them for privacy reasons, you can run file shredder or eraser:
