recuva file cant be read or open

Hi there, need some help

I tried to recover files from Recuva with deepscan, they recover files but cat nor open it or read it. i am using the free software.

any help will be great.

What type of files are they?

Where did you recover them to?

i am using windows 10. i want to recover the file that was infected with .seto, on my external hard disc. i recover some file but cant read it or open it

NB: file that recover jpeg / pm3 / pdf / rar /Avi, but all important file like illustrator file of phootoshop file can't recover

i have buyed the Recuva Pro, but still the same problem can't read the files or open it.
