Recuva closes when opening "Storage Space" drives in Windows 10

Hello,

Unfortunately my wife decided to delete some of my files off a drive which I would like to recover.

The drive is a D drive on my Windows 10 desktop created by using the "Storage Spaces" feature that acts like a software raid. I have 2 physical drives which are mirrored using storage space.

I've installed the latest Recuva(v1.54.1087 64bit). It works fine when I scan C drive however when scanning the D drive it tries to scan and just disappears.

I have not written anything to D drive since and I can read/open files from D drive fine.

I see the following error in the Application event log.

Thanks in advance.
