J'ai rentré ma clé d'activation ccleaner professionnel mais lorsque j'inscris mon nom dans la fenêtre adhoc, une fenêtre m'informe que ce nom ne correspond pas au nom incrit lors de l'achat
Comment puis-je récupérer ce nom où l'email de confirmation d'achat que je n'ai plus?

One thing to check for is if you have used accented characters in your name when purchasing you have to use the same when registering.
é is not the same as e, - ù is not the same as u, and so on.
If you no longer have your purchase confirmation email then you can look up your registered licence details here, you will need the email address that you used when you bought the Pro licence:
