I ran the software and it found the file I was looking for. it is a docx file and was last modified at the time I remember. Unfortunately it says the file is only 162 bytes. It should be much larger.The State is EXCELLENT and the comment is NO OVERWRITTEN CLUSTERS DETECTED. When I try to open the file it says that the file cannot be opened and that the file is corrept. Anyone know of a way to recover the data, not the format of this file? this is very important
the ~$.docx is not actually the document it is like a db of changes since previous save and is used by the office system to recover a document if office should crash
