I had CCleaner installed on my pc yeaterday, is there a way to restore everything CCleaner cleaned? it deleted some temp files I needed and my Recycle Bin/

No, but you could try Recuva. Try to do a little as possible on the partition that held the deleted files, preferably nothing, if that's possible.
