I just purchased Recova. Very nice!
Everything works except recovering .gif files.
Irfanview, Chrome, Firefox, Directory Opus all say "file cannot be loaded".
The file is not empty.

not empty, but could easily be corrupted, perhaps beyond use.
what's the background to all this..?
how were the files deleted, how long deleted for, on the main drive or an external or some other medium, how big are the files, FAT or NTFS etc etc?
