I'm trying to recover the content of a empty folder and its deleted sub-folders, but all I get is the top folder's content...
How can I do this???

not sure what you mean, it's empty but it has subfolders? this seems to not make sense?!?
you need to restore files not folders I don't think folder can be recovered
you can restore the original folder structure that a file is placed in (that's in recuva's options)
if you do restore files restore them to a seperate disc (either second harddrive or a flash memory stick/card) other wise you risk overwriting the files to be restored before they are retrieved.
