realtek integrated audio doesn’t work anymore using after driver update,Ccleaner 7 W11

Have you tried to roll back the updated driver using the Fix a problem option in the bottom left of the Driver Updater feature?
Hello Laurence, I followed your instructions, but it doesn’t work. The realtek driver is seen as obsolete, it was not updated hence no possible recovery. The matter is that since then the mother board inbedded sound adapter is not longer part of the hardware configuration. It is not longer working. My computer is now mute. I saw while looking in internet that I am not the only one getting this problem after an CC7 driver update? would you have another suggestion? Please!
