Re-occuring problem

Hi everyone i'm new to computers and this forum so bare with me please. I have recently purchased a packard bell home p.c which came pre-installed with all software (vista 32 bit), i dont know what i have done but when i boot up the computer now everythings works as it should, the desktop appears and then i get this box come up which has no cross to close the box down, at the top of this box it says Google uela. The only way i have found to get rid of this is through using the task manager and ending the process.

It would seem to me like part of the program is missing or something, my question is if i install CCleaner will this by any chance sort out this problem.

I have tried to un-install but this does not work for some reason, is says i have to have permission, click the ok box then nothing.

The computer in question is a p.bell imedia 2215 1.6ghz dual core thingy me bob.

What ever this box is, it is related to the internet, when it comes up it will display the no internet conection message on screen, there is also another part of the program called uela launcher which im guessing is the main cause.

Any help on this prob please.

Thank you.

hi it's probably google desktop. if you don't want it you'll need to uninstall it.

go to your stat menu, control panel, programs and find google desktop and uninstall it.
