RAID Array problem? Or Spurious error?

I've got an HP d5000t, with SATA RAID on the system drive.

Speccy reports under SMART: A device attached to the system is not functioning.

However the Intel Matrix Storage Manager thinks everything is fine.

Since its RAID1, its hard to be sure, but my performance seems fine.

Any thoughts on whether this is spurious, or I should be worried?

Speccy is still ever expanding and improving itself so it's possible that error was the result of communication problems with the RAID controller.
