Quick Launch Toolbar disappears after Clean-up.

I have been using CCleaner for a while now and i have noticed something about the Quick Launch Toolbar on Win XP SP2.

After running CCleaner and restarting my PC, The Taskbar comes back with Quick Launch disabled/Hidden :o .This is probably not a bug but i was hoping i could get help on the correct settings to avoid this from happening again.

Any Assistance Shall Be GREATLY Appreciated.

Quick launch has been a bit of a mystery at times with CCleaner.
