I've learned that windows has the option of a "locked" profile for lended computers. I was just wondering how to tell if my user account was locked (Something to do with .User) and whether Ccleaner would clear the data it was supposed to.

I'm not too sure about the locked out thing, but it isn't something CCleaner could help you with.
Some more details would help, such as the Operating System and the how/why of the "locking out". Is this a case of someone trying to access the account numerous times without the correct password?

Or are you referring to Local Group Policy?
