Question about Registry Cleanup Issues

First I have to say that CCleaner is probably the best utility to reinvigorate a user's profile and restore some of the speed that is lost. I find that if I run the Trial of Raxco's Perfect Disk and CCleaner it restores the machine to that like new State that the customer remembers. Props for making this product.

However I have one little niggling issue. Everytime a user uses CCleaner and runs the registry issues it cleans up some registry keys that are vital to a particular application. I have a customer that uses a piece of Software created by Vision Infosoft called Electrical Bid Manager. It will cleanup two registry keys:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\XYZE and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\XYZ. These two keys, are needed by EBM to hold the registration info for this software. When the keys are deleted it will not retain the unlock code and the user will not have access to this application. If newer versions of CCleaner could not delete these keys that would be terrific.

Thanks so much for existing and addressing a serious need in the IT World.
