Does anyone know how I retrieve my purchase-ID that is mentioned in the email you receive after purchasing? I am trying to upgrade from Pro to Pro–Plus for which I need to get into “manage my account”. Any ideas.

You can find your purchase ID under your Cleverbridge Reference Number at the top of your purchase email.
