I just found out about this today, it's pretty neat and useful. It's the Problem Steps Recorder, found by searching psr in Windows 7, and it records your mouse clicks and windows names, etc and compiles them into a file!
Although, it doesn't seem to record stuff like my typing %windir% in the run box. I'll have to look into that a bit more. Just thought anyone who, like me, hadn't heard of it yet, might like it!

It seems like it'd be really useful to ask someone to run if they were having a problem they couldn't describe. Alternatively, step by step instructions on how to fix something! It even records both screens.
