Programs security updates

To even further widen your choice, DSLReports has a well maintained Security Updates thread as well; it's the topmost sticky in their Security Forum

Hi

No you don't have to uninstall

Just right click on your avast icon in the system tray.

Click on updating

Click on program update.

After update down will ask for reboot.

I have yet to have any trouble doing it this way.

Avast Home Edition can be configured to automatically check for program updates too. It however has to be manually configured to check for them because that isn't a default setting.

Thanks Yokenny but I don't have Adobe Flash Player version 10.0.12.36 installed.
