The download link was ineffective and I was still not able to download the CCleaner program.. I went to alternate websites, www.filehippo.com, bought the package from www.piriform.com itself, and now the program has confiscated my money entirely. I have three of the four programs the main program I wisted to download from www.piriform.com was stolen. Your company took my charged card but the installation was still ineffective. In the past, CCleaner was a well to use and a downloadable program, but now that I have purchased it I not only did not get the program but my money was stolen. I bought the program, I cannot get a refund and there was no one to contact for support. Everything was email only linked.
