Product refund

Apologies if this is not the right forum but I am at the end of my tether and getting no response from ccleaner support. I was charged a renewal of £64.95 on 3 september despite having no email warning of this. I immediately disabled the app as I am a pensioner and cannot afford such amounts without losing out on food or heating and contacted CCleaner who agreed as an exception to refund me (email dated 8 september) to date no refund has been made despite numerous follow ups and at one point being told told by cleverbridge to send my bank details directly to payments at cleverbridge who, thery said would process the refund right away - all I got was a terse email saying contact support at ccleaner - so back where I started. No one is now answering emails and I just need to know how to enter the official complaints process or get some action on the refund as I am desperate for this money which despite promising it, it is not forthcoming.
