I am running defraggler on a windows 2003 server, and I have a 53% defragmented hard drive (55 GB)
It managed to defrag one drive, but the next drive is hung at 0%, even though it's run for 24 hours.
What can I do?

You could try running checkdisk for starters to see if any error shows up. Also what are the partition you are trying to defrag statistics? (number of files, number of big files, remaining free space, et cetera).
