problems with wireless printing after using ccleaner

hi geeks

is it possible that the problems I have with wireless printing (hp officejet 6600) come from ccleaner under Windows 8.1?

does it clean the relevant definitions? after running ccleaner the printer is offline and there is noch way for setting it online again, exept reinstalling the printer software ...

Is there a correlation between ccleaner an 'my Problem?

have you tried Control Panel, Devices and Printers, right click the HP, select See What's Printing, click Printer along the top menu bar, is Use Printer Offline ticked or not tick?

Is this after using the registry cleaner ?

no it's after using the 'normal' cleaner, first item top on the left
