Some of my files can't be defragged....

You are going to have to give more info than that when you post a problem/query on any forum.
Operating system used e.g xp or vista
Which version of the 'problem' software are you using
What error messge, if any, did you get.

Add to that, what files are you not able to defrag? If they are currently being used by the system (such as $MFT or pagefile.sys), you will not be able to defrag them.
