problems since the last update

hi all,

since the last update 5.28 i got a lot of problems with the ccleaner.

1, i could't installed it.. after a few hours i got it

2. when i want to clean my pc it stops at 30%

3 i can not delete it from my computer

what can i do?

where did you get v5.28 from?

what was the installation problem?

when it stops at 30%, what category does it say it's cleaning?

what error do you get when trying to uninstall it?

the problem is fixt :D

it was the last thing i was thinking about, but i had to restart my pc and the problem was gone.

now i can use it with no problems

I have the same problem, since installing CCleaner v5.28.6005, it gets to 98% on Windows/Applications/Registry, and stops working. I have re-installed four times, and still have the same proble. Running Windows 8.1 on a 64Bit Acer PC.

do this is when you run the registry cleaner?

what is the text displayed under the progress bar when it hits 98%?

have you tried excluding that file/key?
