Problems after Win7->Win10 upgrade. Losing web login credentials.

Never had any problems in Win 7 ... everything worked as I expected/wanted.

Since I upgraded to Win 10, whenever I run CCleaner, I lose all my Internet Explorer login credentials ... and I mean ALL!! ... even for this forum, when I just tried.

I looked in FAQ and it mentioned about selecting Cookies to be protected from cleaning, but I have CCleaner set to not clear any Cookies. (See attached settings screen snip.)

Indeed ... where one would select individual cookies for protection, there are millions of them! So it isn't deleting any.

Anyone any ideas?

Thanks.

OK - I guess I found the problem .... but I'm guessing this is a BUG???

I had it set to remove cookies in Edge, but not in IE ... and it's IE that I want them to be retained.

Just tried with cookies in Edge also un-checked, and, bingo! I ran CCleaner and I haven't lost all my web login credentials!

Only checked with this site and two others, so far ... but it seems to be a "fix" ... until the BUG is removed!

I'll report back any update I find on this.
