I have a similar problem. Version 7 installed itself. I can’t use it because a page giving information about it parks over it and will not move, I’ve uninstalled and re-installed three times, it just will not work
a simple but annoying fix is to reset your screen resolution back to 100% clear the screen and reset your preferred resolution.
this advice has been given often (even multiple times in the past 24 hours.
