many times I use some secure delete software to erase my files
none of them are recoverable after deletion
but Recuva finds all filenames !!!

Yes, it's called CCleaner. Use Drive Wiper, or Wipe Free Space with Wipe MFT checked.
I can tell you from experience that CCLeaner's Wipe Free Space + MFT did not work for me. I tried that. "They will be back".
I have the same exact problem with my jpg files refusing to be deleteted and Recuva finding them again. I'm still looking for a solution.
If anyone comes up with another suggestion I would be happy to hear it
