You can have more trust in CCleaner than in an antivirus that due to a false positive would appear to have deleted and then informed you.
Dule, eset doesn't like the bundled Google toolbar (it reacts this way with a variety of installers that include bundleware)
You can either tell eset to ignore it, or you can download the slim build (usually released a week or two after the google-laden installer) found at the builds link at the bottom of the initial download page for ccleaner (the page before the one in the screenshot you provided)
