Fluffy as regards your 2 browsers windows see Tzuks post in this thread for a fix, I'm using that 7a build myself to cure this. Just install over the top of 3.45.07. It stopped the issue straight away with no side effects for me.

As an aside, it looks like tzuk released today an updated version of 3.44 (now known as 3.442) to add the KB979683 fix to the current non-beta version of Sandboxie. http://www.sandboxie.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?p=50879#50879
As mine is working I shall wait for the next release
