Problem entering new serial key

I have just purchased an upgrade, received a License key , typed it in and guess what - it does not like it! I have treble checked what I have entered is correct and it still will not let me in. What now?

Can I trouble you to try it as a copy-paste instead of transcribing the serial key. Even with my lasik-enhanced vision I've read the "Z"s as "2"s and the "5"s as "S"s before.
