Pro Subscription not working post formatting my Mobile.

Hi All,

I am very disappointed as I have subscribed for 2 yrs and now I found that its not getting auto upgrade after formatting my Mobile.

Even when I try to re-pay for subscription it says you're already subscribed. PFA of screenshot. Kindly assist at earliest.

Note: I am logged in to same Gmail account in which my Subscription is ongoing.

Google Account: Removed Email Address

Mobile: OnePlus 5

I removed your email address. It's best to not post your email on a forum since it will only get grabbed and spammed by bots reading websites looking for such things.
