I know this has been discussed (to death ??) before but I wanted to post it anyway. I came across - IMO - very interesting info regarding Prefetch & Superfetch.

I have 16GB of ram and 11.6free at this moment, but only 11.2gb cached! I want a refund!!!
Bottom line: Your mileage may vary despite of Microsoft claims.

Sorry, yes. By "free" I meant available, as in 'not currently in use by an application'
