I have an issue with licences and payments for CCleaner bundle.
This is a message to Cleverbridge on 24 February 2026 to which there has been no reply:
<<From the attached email copies you will notice that the renewal was made twice, the second one appearing to be fraudulent with a licence number that does not work. Only the licence number on the first of the renewals works on one computer, but not on a second. There have been no problems with this in the past.
Please sort this out with a refund and a correct licence number to get the copy on the second PC to work.>>
The details are:
Original License Key for 1 year, three machines: TRxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxXS works on one PC (should work on three) issued on 17 December 2025. This has been valid since January 2022.
Second License Key for 2 years, three machines: WZxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxTN does not work so one PC is not covered. Issued on 11 January 2026 the payment being taken by PayPal as ‘PCleaner’.
This second issue looks like a scam.
Does anyone have an email address for support and/or had a similar problem?
