CCleaner would have absolutely no ideal where to even look for a portable application since the drive its on can be forever changing, even if you have CCleaner Portable on the same USB Thumb Drive.
Your best bet is to use the inbuilt cleaners that Firefox already has by configuring it to delete your browsing data on exit, that's available in:
"Tools->Options," look under "Private Data" at the bottom, click "Settings," then configure what you want removed. Finally enable the box to "Always clear my private data when I close Firefox."

Hi Avandari,
Thanks you for the answer. Yes, indeed. It isn?t easy for PC Ccleaner to find where are the files of a portable application.
But, it wouldn?t be exactly the same thing for portable Ccleaner. Why? Because portable Ccleaner is most probably on the same root than portable firefox, therefore, portable Ccleaner would be able to wipe portable firefox traces. Also, ?Always clear my private data? isn?t a secured wipe but just a logical wipe. Perhaps, another solution, is to use the ?option/personnal files? in PC Ccleaner for wiping portable firefox traces. But what are the names of this files and where are there ?
Best regards
Sylvain
1. All I know to tell you is to have a locally installed version of Firefox, browse with it a bit, then start CCleaner and click Analyze.
2. Right click the Analyze list in CCleaner, and save it to a text document.
3. Then browse with your portable Firefox. Now look at that saved text document and figure out where the files are located in your portable Firefox.
Good luck getting CCleaner to clean it though, because as soon as your USB Thumb Drive is used on another system and mapped as a different drive letter any cleaning routine you add will be invalid.
What you're wanting I don't think is possible, unless the developers make some way for CCleaner Portable to detect and clean other portable applications on the same USB Thumb Drive it's on. The best thing in my opinion would be to have a portable file shredder that you can use manually to clean those files.
