Pop Ups for Offers No Matter What

Hello;

Not a complaint but more of a concern/question. As my attachment shows, I have the current download of CCleaner Pro and get very annoyed at offers that pop to my desktop (as if I have a free version and its the paid). As you can see, I removed the possibility for any offer triggers/offers/etc. or am I missing something? What a software vendor needs to realize, its these kind of processes that confuse consumers at not knowing what are 'hacks' or what is valid when this kind of thing (marketing or not) is allowed. Please guide me and keep me an honest user of CCleaner. I clearly have the offers unchecked. Thanks-I guess this is a complaint.

I don't recall when, I was using an older version of CCleaner so it might have been a bug at the moment, but I also had similar issues (offer with a discount for Pro that was live at the time). What you wrote and those screenshots makes me think it may by design: if we pay attention to what's written in the "Offers" section, it reads they'd be for other products of the company and for 3rd-party products (e.g., Google's Chrome), it doesn't say anything about them being regarding new features of CCleaner (to let users know of them), or discounts for Pro subs.

Could it be that there is no UI toggle for those? That they are shown unconditionally (or as configured through Shepherd)? Cloud drive cleaning is in beta IIRC and only available in Pro.

Scheduled tasks being disabled is odd, I had to disable them manually and they are hidden in the Scheduled Tasks section in CCleaner, have they ever run? You might have noticed a flashing window when Bug Report runs (the one named CCleanerCrashReporting) because that app was built as a CLI application, forces a host to appear (now that I think of it... might as well count as a bug report already ?, it should be using the GUI subsystem instead)
