Poor Quality of Recovered Deleted Files

I used RECUVA to recover my missing file and I was able to recovered it but it says on the quality of the file poor and on the sub caption it was saying it was over written by another files. When i tried to restore it it was saying file not found even if I can see the file name. Is there any other thing i can do? I am so desperate as the files were so important to me.

If the file data has been overwritten by another file then there's nothing you can do to recover that file. You could try running a deep scan - you might find edit or other copies of the file that are recoverable.
