Hi I am very close to giving up on CCleaner. Since the recent update , it is not doing what I ask of it.
Also, I do not like the fact that is cannot speak to/email a representative from Piriform
I just tried to do a health check and it is still spinning . I have tried multiple times
with out success. If there is anyone who can help. I would appreciate it
7.9 is old 7.10 (still as always a version every month) fixes a lot of error 4 issues. (for your other post)

Fill out the form and press submit. This should open a second page with the option for an AI chat, yell at the bot if it doesn’t help and it should get you a human.
I am a long-time subscriber. I have reached out for assistance several times without success.
CCleaner will not finish what it starts nor will it update software without ERROR 4 ?
At this point, I would like to receive a refund for the remainder of my subscription.
There is no more support to speak of and the program has become very problematic
So, what should I do?

As Nergal has said above, the Error 4 issue you are experiencing may have been fixed in the v7.10 update to CCleaner.
Please update to v7.10 and let me know if you continue to experience this issue?
